Check in was very easy. The place was clean and spacious. It was also great to be able to use the garage for parking.

Place is great. Spacious, clean, quiet, and with enough room for all of us. The deck is lovely to hang out on. And the house is an easy drive to the village.

We had a great time at the treetop cabin! The cabin was spacious and well stocked with amenities. We are all looking forward to our next trip!

We had a pleasant stay and appreciated having a home that could comfortably accommodate our larger group. The host was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive whenever we had questions.

This place is so much cuter than the pics! We really found it super comfy & clean. The neighborhood is charming. We loved having coffee on the deck surrounded by trees and watching the birds. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean and organized, and other than a quick learning curve on the tv, we encountered no issues. Great place if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet location. We would definitely stay there again.

All 7 guests at our reunion celebration exclaimed the same thing: "What a find!" We stayed 3 nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. I could go on and on, but let me just say that the website is 100% accurate regarding images and description. Communication with Jon was excellent, and the entire process was so easy. If you want luxury, space, beauty, and convenience, Primrose Lodge has it all.

Jon’s place was incredible! It was perfect for a large group. Each bedroom was cozy and unique. I would stay here again next time I visit arrowhead especially for the walkability to the village (lake arrowhead is steep FYI but the walks were worth it). It was nice to drop a car and be able to enjoy the local restaurants, brewery, and scenery nearby! Job was an incredible host. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an excellent experience for our family trip with a 1 and 3 year old. The house was exactly what we were looking for; close to the village and activities for kids, lake view, enough room for all of us, amenities, and parking. We were pleasantly surprised by the window AC units upstairs that kept the rooms cool all day/night during one of the hottest weekends in Lake Arrowhead! Plenty of room in all the bedrooms for a pack and play, and lots of outlets, extension cords, extra fans, and towels/blankets. Thanks again!!

From the moment we walked in, we were absolutely amazed. The home exceeded all of our expectations—it was incredibly spacious, spotless, looked almost brand new, and was beautifully situated with breathtaking views from the balcony. Everything was exactly as described, and the property was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was cozy, tastefully furnished, and offered plenty of entertainment, including a pool table, table tennis, and an impressive collection of board games that everyone enjoyed.
Jon was an exceptional host—friendly, accommodating, responsive, and informative. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
